Clos du Bois Chardonnay V22 750ML

Our 2022 Clos du Bois Chardonnay is a fragrant, medium-bodied wine from the rugged coast of California. Aromas of white flower and honeycomb rise from the glass. Layers of baked white peach and pear lead to a rich mouthfeel with a touch of toasted caramel. The wine finishes with lingering lemon zest acidity.

William Hill Sauvignon Blanc V23 750ML

Our crisp, bright and refreshing and California Sauvignon Blanc opens with generous aromas of green apple, tropical fruit and citrus. These are carried through to the palate, complemented by layered notes of ripe pear, fresh-cut lime, ripe melon and pineapple. A touch of weight on the palate adds to the depth of flavor, while the crisp acidity drives a long, fruit-forward finish. This wine is unoaked and does not go through malolactic fermentation, giving this a vibrant, fruit-driven taste profile.

Hahn Founder's Chardonnay V23 750ML

Generous aromas of citrus and tropical fruit are accompanied by hints of vanilla and honey. Bright acidity welcomes the palate, leading to a perfect balance of pineapple and lemongrass with hints of butter and toast, culminating in a lingering, clean finish. Chardonnay grapes were grown in outstanding vineyards throughout California, primarily in Monterey County appellation where cool breezes from the Pacific Ocean slow down ripening and extend hang times. These unique conditions ripen the grapes perfectly, creating well-balanced, flavorful wines.

On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and luscious, with layers of ripe black fruit and a soft, velvety mouthfeel. Orin Swift Papillon 750ML 2021

It's rare to find a wine from the Napa Valley composed of all five Bordeaux-style varietals, but for many years, that has been Papillon's focus. The raw strength and prestige of Cabernet Sauvignon buttressed by the opulence of Merlot, the spiciness of Cabernet Franc, the depth of Malbec and the sheer unctuousness of Petit Verdot come together seamlessly. The 2021 Papillon is sourced from Napa Valley growers we've worked with for decades-Stagecoach Vineyard, Indian Joe, Morisoli Vineyard and even a touch from the Monte Rosso Vineyard over on Moon Mountain, just to name a few. Our good friend and fellow winemaker, Greg Gorman, photographed the label. The 2021 Papillon fills the glass with an unmistakable dark crimson, a flash of neon purple and a ruby rim. Tears move glacially and the wine opens with aromatics of boysenberry jam, violets, chocolate covered blueberry and hints of Cara Cara rind, graphite and brioche. The entry and mid-palate are bright throughout with considerable weight-tones of cassis, blackberry and baking spices flourish. Enveloping texture, chalky, drying tannins and an enduring finish bows out the wine.
