Argiano Non Confunditur Toscana IGT V21 750ML

The Argiano motto “NON CONFUNDITUR" can be found on the family crest in the entrance to our ancient cellars. It means "unique" and truly characterizes this rich, refined, elegant wine with soft tannins and a lovely nose of red berries and “Mediterranean scrub” or "Garrigue", which refers to a mix of vegetation in the ground near the vines that can add herbaceous, peppery or spicy tones to the wine.

Hahn Founders GSM Red Blend V22 750ML

Our 2022 GSM is a medium-bodied blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. Aromas of violet, blueberry and a tap of white pepper rise from the glass. The mouthfeel is soft with layers of ripe raspberry and strawberry. Subtle hints of toasted oak and mocha pull through the finish.

Allegrini Palazzo della Torre Veronese IGT V21 750ML

Allegrini’s Palazzo della Torre wine comes from the eponymous cru in the Valpolicella Classico subzone of Fumane, adjacent to the Renaissance-era Villa della Torre, where Allegrini hosts hospitality and events. About 30% of this wine undergoes the appassimento process; in this way it is similar to a Ripasso wine, but distinct in that no re-fermentation takes place. Rather than add “fresh” wine to leftover grape must - as is traditional - Allegrini blends a finished appassimento wine (in effect, an Amarone) with a finished "fresh" wine. A small percentage of Sangioveto - a local clone of Sangiovese - adds lift. The result is a broad, round, and versatile expression of the region and a calling card expression of the estate

Our 2023 Pinot Noir offers a bright bouquet of Bing and dark cherry and ripe strawberry underscored by subtle hints of toasted oak and vanilla. The mouthfeel is silky with delicate notes of raspberry and a touch of earthiness on the long finish. We harvested the grapes for this wine at optimum ripeness, then used warm fermentation 88°-92°F to create intense flavor concentration, rich color and velvety tannins. Post fermentation, the wine was aged to add complexity and balance

Smith & Hook Cabernet Sauvignon V21 750ML

Aromas of bing cherry, blackberry and cassis with hints of chocolate mocha and caramel. The palate is full-bodied and rich with flavors of ripe berries and dark fruit, supported by silky tannins and notes of vanilla marshmallow and layers of spice on a complex, long finish. While below average winter rainfall led to some light early spring irrigation, the 2021 growing season continued with favorable warm spring weather that aided vines to reach max canopy height. Summer temperatures heated up and slowed down vine growth as vines transitioned into fruit development. Weather leading into harvest was relatively cool and uneventful. Moderate day temperatures and cool nights ensured extended hang times, which resulted in wines with great structure, round mouthfeel, and balanced flavors

Orin Swift Mercury Head 750ML 2021

When we decided not to make Mercury Head in 2020, the anticipation for the next release was palpable. In the cellar, we were giddy, ready to assemble a blend worthy of the famed dimes. The 2021 vintage was fortuitous in both yield and quality, giving us a lot of components to make trial blends with. We’re very excited to bring back Mercury Head as 100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from both the Stagecoach and Warnock Vineyards on Atlas Peak, the Morisoli Vineyard in Rutherford and the Taplin Vineyard in St. Helena. WINEMAKER’S NOTES An almost-black, opaque garnet core sit s in the glass with slow-moving tears falling down the sides. Immediate aromatic notes of ripe cassis, charred ribeye, sandalwood and freshly cut oak pilfer—breathe deeper for more. The first sip is a complex, layered conundrum of blackberry, black plum, fennel, licorice and dark chocolate. More sips peel back the layers to reveal a rich and balanced wine with a deep cassis core. A sweet linger on the finish closes the wine with softly textured chalky tannins.

The 2015 La Grola IGT is a deep ruby red with an expansive, alluring bouquet and elegant, harmonious palate. Fruit notes of ripe plum and wild berries blend with hints of coffee, backed by firm tannins. Full-bodied and intense while maintaining its finesse, the wine is made from Corvina Veronese and Oseleta grapes grown on terraces. The high plant density and the resulting low yields add to the wine’s unique concentration. Aging potential is 10-15 years.

Ghost Pines Merlot V20 750ML

In 1964, Louis P. Martini, son of Napa pioneer Louis M. Martini, purchased 178 acres of land which the Martini family developed into a vineyard they named Ghost Pines as a tribute to the native grey pines which at dusk, appear to hover, solitary and ghostlike throughout the coastal valleys. Ghost Pines Merlot draws from multiple winegrowing counties to create a wine as unique as the Ghost Pine itself. Hints of black cherry and ripe berries complement mocha and brown spice notes finishing with a generous, supple texture.

Louis M. Martini Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon V19 750ML

The 2019 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-bodied wine grown along the meandering Russian River. Pronounced aromas of brambleberry, crushed dried herbs and violet rise from the glass. The palate delivers notes of graham cracker pie crust and black plum with undercurrents of dried sage and leather. This wine lands firmly on the rustic side of Cabernet with dusty tannins and a long earthy finish.

Frei Brothers Sonoma Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon V21 750ML

Flavorful and smooth, Our 2021 Frei Brothers Reserve Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is a classic expression of this acclaimed region. Blackberry and black cherry notes on the nose carry through to the silky-smooth palate, complemented by layered hints of dark plum, berry compote, cocoa and hints of spice. Subtle touches of light oak and caramel highlight the long, beautifully balanced finish.

Brancaia TRE Red Blend V21 750ML

TRE stands for its three grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon as well as for its three Tuscan vineyards (Maremma, Castellina and Radda in Chianti). The assemblage is dominated by Sangiovese with 70 percent, but Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon also bring their charm with 15% each. This well-structured, medium-bodied wine is aged for twelve months before it is bottled. Two thirds of the expansion takes place in French tonneaux and one in cement. This elegant, well-structured cuvée offers plenty of drinking pleasure now or later and goes well with every kitchen. “There is no better entry-level wine than this,” says Monica Larner (for Robert Parker) with reference to the TRE 2014. And James Suckling states: “Really delicious, really juicy, with wonderful aromas of red fruits.” Ideal with: pasta and rice dishes, light roasted or sautéed meat, poultry, fried or grilled fish. Our favorite: with Vitello Tonnato with fresh capers.

Apothic Pinot Noir offers notes of ripe raspberry and black cherry, with a touch of caramel and vanilla from the oak. Long and lingering on the finish, this is a bright red wine with endless possibilities. It’s a perfect pairing for an interesting night in with friends or perhaps to savor alongside a date night dinner. Viticulture Notes: We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Pinot Noir from the unique Lodi-Delta region in California. With its cool evenings and warm days, Lodi is known as a producer of fragrant, concentrated, and silky textured fruit. California’s 2022 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. Winemaking Notes: We selected Pinot Noir grapes from Lodi for their rich, ripe fruit characteristics and soft, approachable tannins. Syrah complements the dark cherry flavors with soft blueberry notes. A hint of Grenache adds intensity to the fruit expression, while the unique Graciano variety was blended in to brighten the acidity and add notes of red currant. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and cold soaked overnight to encourage extraction of the fruit’s intriguing color and structure

Our 2022 Mark West Pinot Noir is an approachable, medium-bodied red wine grown on California’s Central Coast. Aromas of strawberry and violet lead to bright layers of ripe raspberry, cherry and warm pastry. This wine offers a silky mouthfeel and finishes with a touch of ground clove. Also available in a 1.5L size.

Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon 750ML

Barefoot Cabernet Sauvignon positively bursts with bold, round layers of raspberry and blackberry jam then finishes with notes of currant and smooth vanilla.

Brancaia Chianti Classico V15 750ML

Brancaia’s Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG is crafted with Sangiovese grapes from BRANCAIA’s 2 Chianti Classico vineyard estates. An elegant wine with aromas of black cherry and sweet herbs. On the palate, hints of almond and toast integrate alongside supple tannins before a long, mineral-tinged finish. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 16 months in a mix of new and used French oak barrels, with Sangiovese aged in 500-liter tonneaux and Merlot in 225-liter barriques. Pair with grilled fish, stews, beef, and rich pasta dishes like risotto.
