Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
Two of the season's favorite flavors are combined and paired with Cabernet Sauvignon for a decadent treat sure to become an annual request.
Ingredients
• 1 cup pumpkin puree
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 2 cups flour
• 2 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. milk
• 1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. Combine pumpkin puree, sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla in a mixer.
3. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
4. Dissolve baking soda in a bowl with milk.
5. Add dry ingredients and the baking soda/milk to the pumpkin mix and combine.
6. Scoop dough onto the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
