To craft our Clos du Bois Sonoma Reserve Chardonnay, we looked to the premiere, cool climate vineyards of the Russian River Valley, known for elegant Chardonnay of exceptional character. This wine is bright and juicy with refreshing notes of ripe pear and citrus, leading to a luscious and creamy finish with hints of oak and spice.

Allegrini Palazzo della Torre Veronese IGT V21 750ML

Allegrini’s Palazzo della Torre wine comes from the eponymous cru in the Valpolicella Classico subzone of Fumane, adjacent to the Renaissance-era Villa della Torre, where Allegrini hosts hospitality and events. About 30% of this wine undergoes the appassimento process; in this way it is similar to a Ripasso wine, but distinct in that no re-fermentation takes place. Rather than add “fresh” wine to leftover grape must - as is traditional - Allegrini blends a finished appassimento wine (in effect, an Amarone) with a finished "fresh" wine. A small percentage of Sangioveto - a local clone of Sangiovese - adds lift. The result is a broad, round, and versatile expression of the region and a calling card expression of the estate

Hahn Founder's Pinot Noir V23 750ML

Our 2023 Pinot Noir offers a bright bouquet of Bing and dark cherry and ripe strawberry underscored by subtle hints of toasted oak and vanilla. The mouthfeel is silky with delicate notes of raspberry and a touch of earthiness on the long finish. We harvested the grapes for this wine at optimum ripeness, then used warm fermentation 88°-92°F to create intense flavor concentration, rich color and velvety tannins. Post fermentation, the wine was aged to add complexity and balance

Smith & Hook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon V20 750ML

Our 2020 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a bold expression from Paso Robles, where ideal growing conditions produce intense flavor characteristics in wine. A bouquet of black plum, dark cherry and rich cassis meet notes of roasted fig and shaved chocolate. The mouthfeel is decadent with a creamy texture and touches of plum leading to a lasting finish.

Hahn SLH Chardonnay V21 750ML

Lively aromas of lemon citrus, pineapple and orange blossom with hints of tropical fruit, caramelized honey and toasty vanilla. On the palate, this wine has an refined texture with a silky, smooth mouthfeel and medium acidity. Notes of Meyer lemon, golden apple and fresh cut pear, combined with delicate notes of toasty oak and creamy minerality, lead to an elegant long finish. The winter rainfall was slightly below average, but we were able to compensate with early spring irrigation to fill soil profiles before budbreak. Warm spring temperatures aided vine growth and they were able to reach max canopy height. Summer temperatures heated up and slowed down vine growth as vines transitioned into fruit development. Weather leading into harvest was relatively cool and uneventful, which allowed for gradual ripening of the fruit. It was another remarkable growing season in the Santa Lucia Highlands, resulting in wines with beautiful color, concentrated flavors, great structure and naturally balanced acidity. After being carefully picked and precisely sorted for quality, the fruit was destemmed, sent direct to press and fermented entirely in small French oak barrels. The wine was hand-stirred on its lees every three weeks for the 10 months it aged in barrel. When the wine was ready to be blended, our winemaker selected only the finest barrels that best express the aromas and flavors of the Santa Lucia Highlands

It’s a perfect pairing for an interesting night in with friends or perhaps to savor alongside a date night dinner. Viticulture Notes: We selected the majority of the grapes for Apothic Pinot Noir from the unique Lodi-Delta region in California. With its cool evenings and warm days, Lodi is known as a producer of fragrant, concentrated, and silky textured fruit. California’s 2022 growing season was cool and mild, with a heat spell in August that resulted in an earlier than average harvest. Wines from this vintage showcase vibrant acidity and concentrated flavors. Winemaking Notes: We selected Pinot Noir grapes from Lodi for their rich, ripe fruit characteristics and soft, approachable tannins. Syrah complements the dark cherry flavors with soft blueberry notes. A hint of Grenache adds intensity to the fruit expression, while the unique Graciano variety was blended in to brighten the acidity and add notes of red currant. The grapes were destemmed, lightly crushed and cold soaked overnight to encourage extraction of the fruit’s intriguing color and structure

J Vineyards California Chardonnay V22 750ML

The approachable, bright and flavorful 2022 J Vineyards Multi-Appellation Chardonnay was composed from three exceptional California growing regions. Aromas of vanilla and tropical fruit open on the wine, carrying through to the smooth, layered palate. Notes of apple, coconut, mandarin and peach blend seamlessly with hints of butterscotch, caramel and graham cracker. Beautifully rich and round in the mouth, this appealing Chardonnay finishes with crisp, palate-refreshing lemon zest characteristics. Orin Swift Abstract 750ML 2022

The 2022 Abstract pours a dark purple core with a neon, ruby rim. The nose is quintes sential Abstract but with a broodier twist—notes of ripe black plum, cacao, black pepper, cedar, dried porcini, forest floor musk and sweet oak. The entry is coating and flooding with hints of blueberry preserves, tarragon, balsamic glaze and anise. Bright and lifting thr ough the palate, the finish offers an umami note akin to eggplant yakitori.
