This classic sparkling cocktail combines Prosecco and Gin to create an effervescent and elegant wine cocktail with a zesty finish.

Ingredients
• 3 oz. Prosecco Rosé
• 1 oz. Gin
• .75 oz. Fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
• .75 oz. Simple Syrup
Directions
1. Add ingredients (except the Prosecco Rosé) into a cocktail shaker filled with a scoop of ice and shake to combine/chill.
2. Uncap the shaker and add the Prosecco Rosé.
3. Strain into a flute or Collins glass filled with crushed/pebble ice and garnish with expressed lemon or grapefruit peel.
